Do we have to book to visit Alright Pumpkin?

Yes, There will be no entry without a ticket. We plant lots and lots of pumpkins so everyone gets to visit us and pick their perfect pumpkin. We have plenty of parking on site too so there is room for everybody!

Do Adults as well as children need to book?

Yes, everyone must have a ticket. There will be no entry without a ticket.

How Much are tickets?

Tickets are €5, Plus a €1 booking fee per person, and under 2s go free. Bookings are limited to a maximum of six per group. Please note the pumpkins start at €5 and go up depending on size; other vegetables are priced depending on type.

What is Your cancellation policy?

Subject to management discretion, tickets may be refunded if they are cancelled more than five working days prior to the date booked for the event.Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any requests received after this deadline. Please note, while we can refund the ticket price, we cannot refund the booking fee. Please note we cannot always accommodate changes to booking dates/times/attendee numbers.

What are your opening hours?

Our open times change annually so check our opening hours page for specific times and days.

Is there parking?

Yup, we have parking!

S|hould I wear wellies?

Yes, its a farm and it can get muddy so wellies and outdoor clothes are always recommended.

Are you wheelchair friendly?

Although every effort is made to cater for wheelchair visitors, the patch is in a field and can get wet and rough  - so we leave it up to your discretion.

Can I bring my dog?

We love Dogs! Of course you can bring them, just keep them on a lead please as not all pumpkin pickers are dog lovers! Please be cognisant of the amount of small children who attend our event, as well as the fact that we have farm animals on site - please consider if your dog would be alright in that environment before bringing them.

Do You Serve Tea or Coffee?

We sure do. we serve hot drinks, chilled drinks and snacks on site to warm you up, cool you down and fill you up! We also have toilet facilities on site!

How long does a pumpkin last?

If kept dry, warm and unpierced a pumpkin can survive inside for many months!

However, once carved a pumpkin will only last a few days as he dries out and gets affected by mould. He looks tough but a pumpkin is a softie!
